Key responsibilities;
- Follow up on pending and unconfirmed orders to reduce cancellation
- Contact customers after delivery to confirm satisfaction
- Collect feedbacks and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Encourage repeat purchases and strengthen customers loyalty
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/ B.SC in any discipline
- Atleast 1 year experience in customer service, telesales and call center ( preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and empathy skills
- Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp and CRM tools
- Organise, reliable and process driven
Compensation basic salary + commission for meeting sales targets
